What the Club Receivables Module can do for you:


The Club Receivables module allows the tracking and billing of charges, dues, and minimums:
  • Manual or automatic posting of dues, locker fees, handicaps, initiation fees, special assessments, finance charges, pro shop charges, and any other club defined activity.
  • Track member spending for fulfilling food and beverage minimum requirements.

The Club Receivables module provides sales processing and membership accounts receivable: 

  • Enter all sales through an integrated Handicomp software module, interface with a fine dining point of sale system, or batch enter sales.
  • Produce detailed member statements with or without imported pro shop charges.
  • Track cash receipts and produce 30, 60, 90, and 120 day aging schedules.
  • Supports multiple accounts receivable accounts for separate aging of charges, dues, etc. 

The Club Receivables module allows the maintenance of all membership information:

  • Maintain member billing, credit card, purchase history, and personal information.
  • Maintain membership information: election date and date of join, stock certificate number and balance, membership classifications, multiple activity and special charge listings, locker and boat slip assignments, committee listings, spouse and dependent information.
